"Had to Chase Them Up"
They took SO long sorting out my prescription, and I ended up having to chase them twice just to find out what was going on. not a great experience.

"Just didn’t feel right"
I checked out the site, but it gave me a reeeally bad feeling. I couldn’t find enough clear info about what I was ordering or who was behind it, so I ended up leaving without buying anything. Just didn’t trust it, honestly

"Too Hard to Find Stuff"

I ordered from pharmxtra.com and ended up having to contact customer service about my delivery. They did respond, but it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I was kind of embarrassed having to repeat myself, like I was being annoying, but I still didn’t get a clear answer. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely wasn’t very helpful. I’d probably think twice before ordering again

"Promo code didn’t work at all"
I saw the promo saying 20% off, so I went through the whole checkout expecting the discount to show up, but nothing happened. No discount, no 20% off, nothing. It was just a waste of time, especially because the deal was right there and then checkout gave me nothing.

"Stock info was wrong, really frustrating"
I ordered from pharmxtra.com because the product page said the item was in stock. After I paid, I got an email saying they actually didn’t have it and that I could either wait or cancel. That was really annoying, especially since I needed it quickly. In my opinion, stock should be updated before they take someone’s order and payment. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t use them again.

"A bit confusing for health advice"
I had a look at pharmxtra for some basic health info, and maybe it’s just me, but I found it confusing. Some of the advice felt really general, and I couldn’t always tell if it was coming from an actual professional or just generic website copy. I’m not saying everything on there is wrong, but I personally wouldn’t rely on it for anything serious. I’d rather check with a pharmacist or doctor to be safe.

"Wrong items sent and no real help"
I ordered from pharmxtra.com and what showed up wasn’t what I actually picked. One item was missing completely, and another was something totally different, which was frustrating.

I checked my confirmation email again just to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake, but the order was clear. It really felt like someone didn’t pay attention when packing it.

Trying to get it fixed was just as annoying. The replies felt like robots answering emails, with no one really reading what I was saying or offering a proper solution. I wouldn’t order again if they can’t get basic stuff like this right.

"Fixed eventually, but wow"
They did fix the issue in the end, so I’ll give them that. But holy crap, it took way too long. Felt like they were dragging their feet for no reason, which was annoying as hell

"Packaging seemed a bit questionable"
When it arrived, the packaging just looked off to me, so I didn’t feel totally comfortable trusting it. I also wish there had been clearer instructions or some kind of note explaining what to expect, because that would’ve made me feel a lot more confident

"Payment options were a letdown"
I tried ordering from pharmxtra, but the payment options were limited. My usual card didn’t go through, and there wasn’t really an easy backup option to try. After messing around with it for a bit, I just gave up.

"Recent experience wasn’t great"
I just dealt with them recently, so it’s fresh in my mind, but it wasn’t the best. I had to keep chasing for replies, and when I did hear back, it didn’t feel all that helpful. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, but based on this latest experience, I wasn’t very impressed.

I ordered from pharmxtra.com the items themselves were perfectly fine. No complaints about the products or anything like that. The only downside was the shipping cost, which felt high for what I bought. By the time delivery was added, the total didn’t really feel worth it. Maybe I missed something during checkout, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless the delivery cost was lower.

"Order was fine, replies were slow"
The order itself was totally fine and arrived as expected, but the customer service side was a bit frustrating because I waited ages for a reply and ended up having to chase them twice before anyone got back to me, which wasn’t the best experience really.

"Return process was confusing"
I tried to return my order and it ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. The website says one thing, but then the actual return steps felt different and confusing. It also took a while to get anywhere with it, which was frustrating. i don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Mixed Signals the Whole Time"
I don’t have a real delivery experience of my own to share, but here’s a casual version with that frustrated, mixed-signals vibe: The delivery itself ended up being fine, but getting there was annoying. One message said it was arriving early, then the tracking didn’t update for hours, then suddenly it was “almost there” even though nothing had changed. I wasn’t sure if I should stay home, keep waiting, or just assume it got delayed. When it finally showed up, everything was okay, but the communication was all over the place. Not a terrible experience, just way more confusing than it needed to be

"Delivery has been unreliable"
I’ve ordered twice now, and both times the delivery showed up late. The tracking didn’t really update much either, so I ended up having to contact support to figure out what was going on. The products themselves were fine, but the timing has been frustrating and not something I’d count on.
